What Does this pelvic Ultrasound Result Mean?

Hi.. I am 25 year old. I tried to get pregnant.. I having irregular periods sometimes. The result of my pelvis sonography: Uterus: Ante verted in position. Size:6.8*2.2*3.7 cm Cavity is central and empty Endometrial lining thickness is 5 mm Myometrial echoes are normal. No mass lesions detected. Adneaxae: Rt ovary 37*16 mm Lt ovary 33*22 mm Both ovaries are large with tiny cystic areas Adnexal areas are appear normal POD: No fluid detected Impression: Ovarian morphology suggestive of P C O What my test result exactly showing?? Can I get pregnant soon. Please help me. Thank u

Your clinical and ultrasound findings suggest Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome. It means that your ovaries have multiple cysts and are not releasing ova(eggs).This is a pretty common problem in women of reproductive age.
Yes, you can become pregnant.Your Obstetrician would prescribe you some drugs like clomiphene to cause ovulation.Even if these drugs fail there are other ways you can conceive.Please consult your Obstetrician and discuss various options on further management.
